This is my English name I started to be called by since the summer in 2012. This summer was very special time I will never forget for my entire life.

In 2012, I was still university student and by chance I participated in one activity of University, 'Summer School'. This is our university's traditional activity where Korean students and foreign students from all around the world stay together in the dormitory of our university for two months.

My roommate back then was two nice and cool turkish guys and we, three of us lived together during that two month.

Living with foreigners who came from the country of totally different cultures and religion gave me the glimpse of the new world out there and this made me wonder the life out of Korea. The places I have never been in.

Meanwhile, in spite of us being close to each other, I barely spent time with two roommates, once being outside of my flat. Most of times I did hang out with other friends, including Daniel who is very gentle and handsome Austrian guy.

I don't remember exactly how I ended up starting to hang out with him. This is because he was super popular among all the korean & non korean students. Many people want to hang out with him. Not just girls but also guys. He had a good sense of humor and was stylish, smart and even modest. (I don't know why but I thought he was arrogant & selfish!!!)

Anyways, this summer seeded a hunger for the bigger world and I decided to go to one university, as an exchange student, in Austria where Daniel went to. That is how I left for Austria and spent 6 months there and 2 months in England in 2013. Beautiful days, marvelous moments. The year, 2013 was endless days filled with those feelings. If there is times I can call 'golden age' of my short life until now, I would pick up this time without any hesitation.

As awlays, good times passes so fast. Unfortunately and inevitably, I had to come back to Korea. I felt seriously nostalgic for Europe.  I nearly spent most of times chewing on the memories Europe.

Then, one night in Korea, I went to Gwanghwa sqaure and watched the light show. Weird enough, I felt almost same joyness which I felt in Europe looking at it.

At the very moment, I realized Korea also has many good places to sightsee and activities to have a fun time with.

The river which stands for Korea's economic development and the largest river of Korea 'Han River'....

The ancient city which has 1000 years of history, Gyeon-Ju.

At the same time, I started to feel like to find out not well known  places among foreign tourists who comes to Korea and share the
useful information with them. That is pretty much how I started this blog.
